Partner door box

Hi; customers power washed the house. Now both door boxes do not function. They answer the phone on first ring, and if the button is pushed then they only get dial tone and do not dial, and do not hang up. Got replacements, ( of course now I have to saw new holes to get them to fit..)
but nearly same results. They are on ext 20 and 21. Tried programming 604,605, but I must not be doing something right. thanks! Chris

Hi Chris,
Sounds like the station cable is wet somewhere and there is exposed copper.

hook the doorbox up to the 206 module directly and try it
