Partner display telephone

I have a site that 3 of the 12 telephone sets shows that some of the top of the LCD screen display seems to be cut off. Other words a capital T would look like an l.

Any suggestion, other than replace the telephone set, they are just over a year old.

If any warranty is left take advantage of it, or if you a an Avaya maintenance agreement. Sounds like a defective LCD.

Some Partner 18D phones Had An After Market Display Smaller Than Normal

Partner Endeavor telephones had a display that was smaller than the display found on standard Partner Euro telephones.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
