I need to connect my Partner ACS to open a Door Strike. In the past I have used the Contact Closure Adjunct unit. These have become impossible to find these days. I thought I would connect some external relay to the processor adjunct jack. Does anyone know the voltage and pin out scheme coming out of the processor jack?

That info is in the CIB that comes with the unit. You can probably get the info at the AVAYA website

I don't think the specs of the connection between the Partner and the contact closure adjunct has ever been documented, only the contact ratings (50VDC, 1Amp, or 30VAC, 1Amp)

It's probably a combination of power source and TTL low current switching. On an IP Office, there is a 3.5mm headset jack that provides common and relay 1/relay 2 connections, you have to provide an outboard slave relay, using a low voltage source and observing polarity in order not to blow out the internals. I'm sure the ACS provides the operating voltage for the adjunct on a pair, and the contact closures on 2 more pairs. It's just the pinout that remains unknown.

Yes,it is likely power source and TTL
Pin 6 is 0v
Pin 3 is +5v
Pin 4 is key for adjunct closure 1 (+5v on key)
Pin 5 is key for adjunct closure 2 (+5v on key)

where the pin numbers are as found on an 8-pin RJ45 connector, 2-1-3-5-4-6-8-7 in order left to right.
