Partner Conference call issue

I have inherited a property with an older system. We as a company use a 3rd party conference service (dialins and pin numbers). This property cant join these calls from an ext behind their system. It states wrong PIN and reads back a number similar to what they entered, but with an extra 2 or 3 digits (Ex. entered PIN 12345, heard PIN 112334555) They use the phones for normal calls and all calls go thru w/out any wrong #'s. Conference service works from non-system phones (faxes and cells). Head scratcher...

Can you tell which version and revision of Partner system the phone system is?

Does the problem happen on only 1 telephone line or does it happen on all of them?

1 quick way to tell if this is a problem with the telephone system would be to connect a plain old telephone to the Bell demarc and place test calls to the conference bridge.
