I have partner ASC 7.0 with Vm and 14 18D telephones. All sets have Do Not Disturb button.When this button is Pressed call should go to this ext. mail box, insted calls going back to reception ( 0 ).Please help
 
Calls will go to the mailbox IF:

a: there is a mailbox and,
b: autoVMS cover is assigned

should be 1-assigned.
feature 00 to get out.
 
this is ext 10 and there is vm box for this ext.
 
As TTT said, there is an issue when trying to use the DND function when a Partner Mail VS R5 is used with a Partner ACS R7.

There is a patch that needs to be applied to the Partner Mail VS system to correct the problem.

Any Avaya Business Partner can do this for you.
