I'm new to the Avaya systems. I have a customer that wants one line to go straight to voicemail when the line is called. I'm not sure what I am doing incorrect because the voicemail system will only pick up the line after two rings. If anyone has any suggestions to what I might be overlooking, that would be awesome.
