Any assistance is appreciated...

Scenario:
There are 14 mailbox each has 7.5 minutes of message capacity available. The total system capacity is 105 minutes of message storage.

Is it possible that a message could be left in the Mailbox of an extension, but when the mailbox is checked by the user, no messages exist? Then the message mysteriously appears in the VMBox hours later(known by the date/time stamp on the message.

Is there some general memory storage space, other than the AA mailbox (which has no messages stored) that stores undelivered messages?

Sounds like a corrupt card. You may be able to re-config it to 2 mailboxes, then back to 14 to restore some functionality. I've seen this problem before, and rarely does it improve with time. Be ready to replace it. Since it's an R3L, it's probably still under the 1 year Avaya warranty. I'd send it back.

Thanks. I think I'll consider that to be safe. However, I'll reconfig first.
