hey all- I have a customer with ACS R8, Partner Mail VS R5, they put the console on DND at lunch- the calls come in, hit 0 to leave a message, and get locked up in a loop- your call is being transferred to the receptionist- keeps repeating, no drop to mailbox. verified if calling inside to '0", goes to mailbox, but interaction of R8 and PMVS R5 with do not disturb invoked, gets locked up. If DND if off, works fine, but rings 5 times, with audible, which they don't want. Any ideas? Thanks much, in advance.
