Can you be a little bit more specific as to the kind of trouble you are having?

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

I have the dial in number and password i just can access the system to pull programming. I've been told its my modem or the Rls of the Administrator software.

I'm still not quite clear on the problem.

Are you able to establish a remote connection?
Can you log into the system?
Does the system have an externasl modem connected to it or are you trying to communicate via a Remote Access PCMCIA card?

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

I am trying to connect via a PCMCIA card. i can not log into the system. I drop the connection.

That is a very common problem. It seems that some modems are able to establish and maintain a session more readily than others. The US Robotics Sportster and any Lucent modem will yield better results than most anything else.

Another option would be to connect an external modem to the Admin port and access the system that way.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.
