Hi all,
I'm trying to find the answer to a simple question but haven't been able to so far.
We are considering getting the PARTNER Voice Messaging Release 3.0 (PCMCIA) as our voicemail solution for our new ACS R6. We have two CO lines, one personal and one for business.
For each line, we wish to have unanswered calls automatically directed to either a personal or business mailbox, depending on which line of course, without any caller interaction with the automated attendant. In other words, line 1 call always go to mailbox 1 and line 2 to mailbox 2.
Or at least can the automated attendant play different greetings to each line, and provide an option that actually directs the caller to a specific mailbox.
I would think anyone familiar with the product would know whether this product can do either of these things. Currently, we simply use two external answering machines on their own extensions.
Thanks,
George
