I've recently upgraded from Partner ACS R1 to R7 and it's been so long since I programmed on the old system that it seems I've forgotten more than I've learned. Here is the setup and situation that is driving me batty:
Slot 1: 206E Module
Slot 2: 206E Module
Slot 3: Partner ACS 506 R7
Slot 4: Partner Mail VS R4.1
No extras other than a backup/restore card.
The way it was setup before was that all of the phones in this small office would ring when a call came in on any of the 5 lines we have. It would ring 5 times and then get sent to a general (receptionists) mailbox. I really liked this setup and I don't know what I'm doing wrong to get this back to the way it was.
The only reason we upgraded was so that it can be easily programmed from the PC (which I haven't gotten to work either, but that is for another topic).
My extensions go from 10-30, I have 5 lines, and a migraine headache.
What can I possibly be doing wrong here? What's the secret potion?
Any help will be greatly appreciated as I'm on the brink of installing string and tin cans for a new phone network.
TIA
