Partner ACS issues

Hi, I've got a Partner ACS 5-slot system with the following configuration:

(from left to right)
206E R3.1
206E R3.0
Processor R6.0
206E R4.1
206E R3.1

We had an R3.0 processor and 206E R3.x fry on us and I replaced it with the above Processor R6.0 and 206E R4.1 modules.

The phone system works, except it's acting very wonky. The problem we're having is that an incoming call will, at random, disconnect upon answering or go on hold. Last week line 1 got stuck on hold and no one could remove the hold. I had to cycle the power on the system to clear it.

I'm thinking there may be compatibility issues from having all the different 206E versions? Does this seem like a possibility or does it matter?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

There should not be a problem using the different 206E versions. Did you install the processor, default it then program by hand? That should have taken care of any oddball issues. It could also be that whatever took out your original processor also damaged other 206 modules that you haven't replaced because they "appear" to be fine...

It was refurb but set to factory default, and I restored the config from backup.

I also was thinking maybe there's something wrong with the other old ones as well. I guess perhaps I should just replace all the old 206Es and be done with it.

There is an odd thing that happens when I flip the unit on, all the power lights come on, and then a few seconds later, 3 of the 206E modules blink off and on in unison. After that they stay on.

You can't restore an R3 config to an R6 processor! Reprogram by hand.
