Partner A/A Option to return to A/A.... 2

When someone calls into the auto attendant and the person they are trying to contact is not available, the call goes directly into that extension’s voicemail box. Is it possible to give the caller an option to return to the menu so that he/she could try a different extension instead of having to call back the general number to try someone else.

*8 plus an extension number allows you to transfer out of a mailbox.

Also, depending on which voice mail you are using, 0-out of a mailbox could be directed to an extension that points to the auto attendant.

They have the Large PC Card VoiceMail.

Does that change the *8 option?

*8 is still there but asigning an extension to auto attendant is not an option.
 
And, since it's the PC Card voice mail, they need to dial *8, then the extension number, and then # to complete the transfer. (PC Card is the only one that requires the #-sign to complete)
