On my mls 12 phones i can't use the *70 *71 features which enable group calling.
Is there a way to program it in?

you need to hit intercom *70 (simultaneous paging - paging horns and calling group #1) or intercom *71 (calling group #1)- in addition you need to assign any or all phones to calling group #1 (programming coded is #502) - should take care of it - you can also program *70 or *71 on a button

you may be picking up the phones handset and that will automatically pikup a line and disallow the feature. you may need to press the intercom button first.
