OK. I had (forgive me...) my partner, program our Partner 4.1 system... They forgot everything.

THE QUICK question is:
line one is auto-answering on second ring,

In what order do I want to disable the VM commands, and what are they?

It appears that the system is correctly forwarding the call from line 1 and 2 (yes, using line 2 or 3 to transfer the call) to my non Partner VM.

Is it AA?

Thanks for the idea on where to look!

If you do not want a line to be answered by voicemail you will need to do the following:

Go to ext 10 or 11
Hit Feature 00
Hit the left intercom button
Hit the left intercom button again
enter 7 for the group number
enter the 2 digit line number (01 for line 1)
enter 2 for not assigned
Hit Feature 00 to log out

To change the number of rings you will need to do the following:

Go to ext 10 or 11
Hit Feature 00
Hit the left intercom button
Hit the left intercom button again
Hit 1 for Day or 2 for Night
enter the line number
enter the number of rings (1-6)
Hit Feature 0 to log out

Hi markbnj,
The missing parts are #206 for the first part. This is for line assignments to the attendant. #506 for vms hunt delay (# of rings before pickup). Note the outside caller will always hear one more ring than the # of rings setting. Caller ID will require 1 or 2 rings to be picked up by the system.
