Partner 3.0 remote adminstration

I have just taken over the responsibility of a partner ACS 3.0. I have to be able to program it remotely. Can some one give me the step by step process to accomplish this. Also the equipment I will need. The system already has a remote access card. There is voice mail attached as well.

Hi 3326,
You will first need to put a password in the ACS processor. System programming, #730, password, <enter>. Next, put ext 76 in hunt group 6 (#506, 6, 76, 1 assigned). Save this programming (#124, <enter>).
I would first try to connect using an extension on the system, direct dial ext 76 with the admin software. Once you can connect, try dialing from outside. Either get transferred to ext 76 (assisted transfer) or dial 776 once you hit the attendant. You can then use a dial string with 8 ish pauses and 776 to see if it works.
I find this normally works well, others have had some problems.
