Hello friends,

I was wondering if anyone has a good tutorial on partitions and call spaces. For some odd reason, the concept has thrown me for a loop. I may be overthinking it, but it is just not sticking.

Thanks

Think of it like this are where a device/phone lives and the css is a list of partitions the phone can reach. Basically COS of service in traditional

I.E

Device A lives in partition internal phone and Device B lives in partition LD. If device A has the CSS Internal Phones and tries to call Device B which lives in different partition which it does not have listed in its calling search space it will not be able to reach Device B

CSS

CSS Internal Phones / Assigned partitions - Internal Phone
CSS Local / Assigned partitions - Internal Phones and Local
CSS LD / Assigned partitions - Internal Phones, Local, and LD
