Anyone know of any web sites, personal scenarios where one could do some IT business analysis, programming, tech support, etc.. on the side. I know of one web site:

but that site offers bids on projects. I am interested in other avenues that you might know of.

Purely programming but you can work at home and make some bucks (hypothetically, I haven't tried it). You lose the rights to your code when asynchrony sells it but, hey, a sale is a sale.
