Hi
I am trying to setup a parameter on a report. I want to be able to input a date range and for the report to bring back data for that range. The problem I have is that the dates I have need a formula to convert them into a proper date display and I cannot add these to a parameter. Does anyone know how to get around this please?

You need to convert the date field and then set it equal to the date range parameter. Can't help you unless you show us samples from the field and identify the datatype (number, string). You should also show what date the field translates to, in case it is not clear (or identify the formatting as in "MM/dd/yyyy").

Create a parameter using your date field and then create a formula off of your date parameter to format your data the way you want it to display.
