I have a parameter of {VENDOR.NAME} = {?Vendor Name}

The issue is that in the Edit Parameter Field I have the Allow Multiple Values checked but all of the Vendors are not showing on the drop down when the user goes to select the vendor (s). The Vendor list only goes to the I's and there are Vendors into the z's.

I think that you mean that you have prepopulated the pickist by using set default values and pointing to the table and need to increase the number allowed in the picklist.

Two things to understand, they are NOT dynamic in CR 8.5, it is populated at the time of creating the report, so if the table gets new entries later, you'd need to reopen the report and repeat the process to bring in the new entires.

Very annoying and this wasn't resolved until version XI (the latest).

Secondly there is a limit added to the picklist that requires a registry change to increase:

I also have other reports that I need to update this list each week. Not much else I can do but to maintain it this way in Crystal 8.5 I guess. I like having the drop down choices instead of having the customer type out the needed Vendors or whatever the list as they tend to misplell a lot and tell me that the vendoe is not on the report. Thanks Again.
