I have 3 parameter queries, but would like to only enter the data (startdate and enddate)once and have it carry through all 3 queries. After the first query runs and produces the result (a count), I want to take that value and pass it to Excel. Then use the same startdate and enddate to run the second query, get the count, paste into Excel. Same for the 3rd query.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

How are you running the queries? If it is from an event pass the same start and end dates to each.

I'm kicking it off from a form. I'm getting closer. I've created a table with 2 fields, startdate and enddate and created a form that closes after inputing the 2 dates. I then changed my queries to use the date table. It works. I just need to create a module that opens the form, then kicks off the first query, second query and 3rd query, then clears out the record in the table. I still need some help with getting the results into excel though.

Thanks!

You don't have to have a table associated with a form, just make a form with two text boxes on it. Have users enter the dates, click a button and there's the data. Now when the form is closed the data goes away and the form comes up blank next time. No messy table to deal with.

Thanks Joe!

I was able to create the form and update my queries.
