Hello,

When I run my reports using the parameters, I does not refresh the information in my subreport. I have to enter the same information in the subreport inorder for the report to function properly. Is this normal. If not what can I do to enter the parameter information one time in the report to generate the correct information,

Check your subreport linking. If this is done properly this is not an issue. If you check this and it is not evident what to do next, then please post back with some detailed info on your report, your parameters and your subreport.

The parameter field works now that I unchecked a box on the parameter filed in the subreport, however one of my calculations works now and the other one is not working. What would cause the calculation to stop working? The calculation is in the subreport. I have to click the refresh tab for the data to show up. However I do not have put in a date range.

The parameter field has allow multiple values checked. Range values is selected. In the subreport parameter field is selected. The correct field is selected for field to link to. The select data base on subreport based on field. One of my calculation fields is not working. It is not the field which is selected for the parameter selection. I have a question. Should all the fields appear in the link field column. All the fields appear in the main report. Should all the fields appear in the link to field if they appear in the subreport?

Any advice would be appreciated.
