Parameter Prompts - Reorganize Order 1

Does anyone know if there is a way to control the order of parameter prompts in Crystal? For example if I have the following prompts:

- Province
- Country
- City

I would like to change the order to the following:
- City
- Country
- Province

I have tried reorganizing the parameter formulas in 'Select Expert' but can't get it to work. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get around this issue?

What version of CR? In XI, you can right click on any parameter in the field explorer->set parameter order. In 8.5 you could right click and move a parameter up or down in the list.
