A formula to allow "ALL" as an option for selection criteria works fine for discreet values - but if a parameter allowing multiple values is used, a "This array must be subscripted" error is returned. Tried using an array in the selection criteria to store each parameter value without much success - any ideas?

If you want a solution that will push down to the server from the record selection formula, I don't know of any method of doing this with arrays, only discrete values and ranges. Null values are another headache as well. Note the solution in the Thread767-99969 is specific to v8.5 Malcolm Wynden

Does the IIF push the record selection formula in v8.0 down to the server? Or do you mean using the standard If-then-else structure? I am curious whether 8.0 supports any method of pushing conditional statements to the server... Malcolm Wynden
