Hi, We have upgraded to BC12 SP8 and in the ALex there is a new funcionality Parallel Ringing. I proved it but it doesn´t work. It say command unknow.
Is the Alex bad???? or Do I need patch or license?

Parallell ringing is first released in MX-ONE TSW (BC13)

But, in the alex it refers in Operation and Maintenance, ACS.
Is not possible in BC12 SP8?

The PL doesn't exist in either alex BC12 nor the system. Upgrade it to TSW.
