How can I add an external number to a parallel ringing list, with out using Mobile Extension? I was thinking of adding a fictitious number (ADN. Generic extension) and setting external follow me, or immediate call diversion to the external number will this work?

straight from the manual:

1.1.4 Call distribution
The following are the exceptions for call distribution:

?If an incoming call to the parallel ringing list is from an extension which is not part of the list and when any of the extensions is busy the call is not distributed, unless the busy extension has free on second line active.
?If any of the high priority services (see Section 1.1.3) are active on the main extension, then that particular service is performed. For these services active on secondary extension, the parallel ringing calls are not distributed to that extension.
?If an extension in the parallel ringing list hosts a free seating extension, then the parallel ringing calls are not distributed to that extension.
?If an extension in the parallel ringing list is a free seating extension and is logged on then it receives calls through parallel distribution. If not logged on, only that extension does not ring.
?If an extension in the parallel ringing list has follow-me to itself activated, then the parallel ringing calls are not distributed to that extension.
?If an extension in the parallel ringing list is not logged on (valid for generic or free seating extension) or blocked or detached (valid for cordless), then the parallel ringing calls are not distributed to that extension. If all the extensions in the parallel ringing list are unavailable, then the status of main extension is provided to the calling party.

so after reading this, the answer would be "no".
what is the problem with remote extension? licenses?

I guess licenses is the issue here, and I can see why this limitation is set in the MX-One, I have tried this beofre in the MDE, and it di dgo through but seemed to cause a lot of problems in certain call.

/Thanks
