Anybody out there using PDOX 9 for internet apps? I have PDOX 8 and it's so called HTML and internet package is laughable. I need to backend our website to our database and am looking at options.

which has a Resources section containing a number of papers, articles, and resources for Paradox and using its Internet features specifically.
It's still not as esy as one might like, but it's a lot better than in Paradox 8. Rumor has it that the imminent Paradox 10 (provided with Corel's WPO 2002 Professional) is better yet, though I don't have any specific information that I can share.
We are using Paradox 9 for internet apps. I don't know how complicated your webs sights will be but I have found that using tCursors and queries, I have been able to provide some nice tables for my customers. The tables are not for public distribution so I can't even point you to them.
