hi, where i can find more detail about oracle PL/SQL. i need some details regarding main functionalities and features.
what is the different between SQL*PLUS with PL/SQL?

You can find complete Oracle documentation, including PL/SQL and SQL*Plus manuals on the Oracle Technology Network web site. You have to sign up, but its free. Just go to the main Oracle site and click on the OTN link.
