PAPER JAMMING 850 phaser on single sided prints only

Greets all this one is trying my patiance :0 its stopping in output area but only on single side prints duplex it seems to work fine. also not the usual stuck on drum jam either.ive replaced the exit solinoid(clutch) or whatever the heck it is called again.. lol not the drum one but the exit rolloer one thats on top right hand side didnt do the drum one becuase its making it past the drum.. I also should mention this isnt constant ie every page but is about evry 4-5 pages once it starts it gets more constant till it jams every time but switch to duplexing and poof it ejects every page sighs!! any guidance insight or plain ole sympathy appreciated thanks in advance Brian
