Panic: Kernel ????

I want to install SCO OSR 5.0.2 on normal PC Intel 166MMx with IDE HD.
My instalation from MO drive at the end I have this mensage:
"PANIC: k_trap - kernel mode trap type 0x0000000E Trying to dump 8095 pages to dumpedev hd (1/41), 102 pages per '.' "

8095 pages dumped

What that mean?????

error 0E usually means a bad device or device driver.
typically i run into it with bad memory or bad memory on a card.

you might try on the installation boot string

boot: defbootstr mem=/p

this will do a more thorough test of memory before starting the installation

After that boot: defbootstr mem=/p
I have no X window.
in boot start have another error :
"wd1010 disk driver : canot install intr vecno=15, type=3,IPL=5
Vector 15 is private."

?????????????????????????????
