Panasonic unified Console "APPLICATION NOT FOUND" WIN10

Hello everyone

I have a KX-TDE600 which I'm experiencing some difficulties in accessing the menu using the Panasonic unified Console on my windows 10 pc
However I ran a ping to the pbx and it came through

Also I can access the Pbx via the web browser but when I try accessing via the console I get the error message " APPLICATION NOT FOUND".

Visual c++ redistributed installed
No error message during installation

I would really appreciate if I can get guide to resolving this issue.

Have you installed "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package" x86 version?
