Hello , I have spent hours trying to resolve this issue. Customer has a TDE200 with about 45 T7633's and 20 NT343's. We recently upgraded it from a TDA200 . IPCMPR is 8.0 and all the other cards cards are latest firmware. Maintenance console is 7.8 . All the existing programming was transferred over to the TDE200. When I am in flexible button programming and from the pull down I add a ONE TOUCH button feature such as EXAMPLE: *3301 , 610 , 500 ,or any entry - when I try to save I get " One Touch Dial Registration Limit Over " & error code E000108
All other pulldown areas of the flexible button programming work fine . In addition if I go to a phone and manually try to enter a one touch code I get a busy tone when I hit Enter.
Example: I press PROG Press any Button Dial 2 to clear and enter 500 press ENTER it wont take it. Panasonic support doesnt know or have that code listed anywhere Other than that the TDE works perfect !

Thanks, Harry

I have never seen that in all my years doing Panasonic. Does it do it on the offline backup too?

Hi OB - I tried it in batch mode or offline and it does the same thing . Just wont allow a one touch in flexible programming to be added . I seem to recall a similar issue years ago and it was a bad parameter in programming. But not sure it was same error message. Just very frustrating

Do you have the older version of the backup and try upgrading that file again

Hi - I no longer have an older backup. I did find out there actually is a limit of 2000 one touch dial numbers numbers total. However each phone has about 10 one touch flexible buttons and there is a total of about 60 phones. Im no where near that 2000 number . I cleared out any unused extension numbers . I guess I have something corrupt in my programming and at some point will have to just start over . Thanks !
