Panasonic TDE100 one Extension get busy tone for all external calls

Hi Guys,

I'm new on this forum and I have a problem here with one of our Panasonic PBX.
- Doesn't matter if it's a mobile or land line call, since it's external the other side gets a busy tone but the user is not on the phone.

I thought it was FWD/DND that was pointing to an unknown number but is not the case.

The user is using a DECT phone which is registered to Panasonic antennas. We have other DECT users and all of them are fine except this one.

PBX: TDE100
Antenna: KX-NCP0158
DECT: KX-TCA275UK

Please help!

If you Dial *7100 on the phone it will make sure do not disturb or external forward. Have you isdn. If you point that number to another phone does it work

Thanks for your reply, I tried *7100 and it didn't work we still getting busy signal every time we try to call from an external number.
Yes, we have ISDN.
No, I already tried to point all external calls to that number to my mobile or my land line and still the same.
For the Internal number everything works fine.

have you done a isdn trace to see if the number is hitting the system at all also will show how many digits are coming in

Where exactly I should look into it as I have downloaded all three ISDN trace file (Acumulation_Trace,Error_Trace and RealTimeTrace) and can't find anything. Maybe I'm missing something. Any tip on how to find that information on those files? They are quite big.

Hi found the source of the problem.
Don't know know why but the DDI the user was using is not a valid one. strange that only after months working the user complained about it.
