Panasonic TDE100 and TVA200 VPS Connectivity/Quick-Start

Just installed a TDE100 and attached a TVA200 VPS Voicemail system to ports 15 & 16 of a DLC16 digital card: cabled port 15 D1/D2 to pins 1 & 4 of TVA200 modular port, as well as port 16 D1/D2 to pins 1 & 4 of the second TVA200 modular port. Set the ports on the DLC16 to DPT-VM, ran the Quick Setup from the TVA Management Console and can't get past "receiving extensions: Error receiving extensions and first names." I am told this indicates a cabling problem. Tested both cables with digital handsets and they work perfectly. Panasonic says this should indicate proper cabling. Any help much appreciated!

try reversing line cords on tvs keep in mind Japanese read left to right .......if you dont have ports connected properly then you get oogats!!!

Y'know, I re-cabled, re-initalized and the ports were properly recognized in the TDE100 and Quick Start worked! Thanks so much for the input...apparently my cabling skills suck.
