Panasonic TDE 100 International call dialing with code

Hi

I have TDE 100, I have made no restriction for Landline & Mobile and restrictions for International calls

I want to know...for dialing an international call it should be in such a way that they should be able to dial it with Code only. I want

to know the steps how to do it.
