we were left stuck by C&Wrl as they discontinued the least cost routing. our present comms company are trying to charge us 250.00 to take out the routing code for cable & wirelss bcos we are thinking of chaning to BT and not goign to them .
so how do we take off the least cost routing on our system? surely we cant be blackmailed into choosing someones LCR bcos they wont take off the coding even though we instructed them intially to put it on and the system is ours etc etc

we wanted to turn it off yes but could not find any suggestions as to how to do it and did not want to pay the 250.00 . anyway we are a busy office so had to have it done. the BT engineer came to our office was here 4 minutes and it was changed.
incredible how we were going to get charged so much money and panasonic do not want to help its users.
