When receiving clid on phones the 7 digit tel # has a 1 in front of it.Any ideas?Customer is tring to use their log to call out and with 1 in front it won't work.Panasonic TDA 30 REL 3

although i dont know what country you are in this reply is what is relavent in dublin ireland

the no:1 in front of a telephone:# is caused when the service provider(Eircom) sets up the ISDN (BRI lines as point to multipoint ) the 1 is to seperate the 2 lines on the isdn NT1+ plug and play box
in IRE the lines Must be set as Point to Point with 4 digit presentation to work properly.

Does the Caller ID Modification Table in 6.2 mod the number before or after it is logged in to the I/C call log

Thanks for response . It's fixed now.For some reason off default there is one digit added Which happens to be on.Took it out and it's fine!
