Panasonic TDA 200 Call waiting

Hi friends
can u help me how to enable call waiting ( all calls) on tda200 v 3.20

i just enable
1) system -system option - option 5 call waiting - enable
2) extension - wired extension - ext setting - option 2 manual call wating BSS and automatic call waiting ON , call waiting tone type CW Tone 2
in this case call waiting is on but there is no sound so they cant identify second call
i am using PC Program 7.3

Try *7321 on the phone. Have you set call distribution in the group settings to all

i try *7321 also no changes
in that office auto answer ( welcome message)
in case no answer time call transfer to reception

If it is only ringing one phone then you won't get call waiting on all phones

in case that phone was busy they want to hear second call ring sound with No:

Could you not include the other exensions in the ICD group to ring after a delay ( 2, 3, 4 rings )

If you have set *7311 on the set you should recieve Call Waiting on external calls. Software version 5 and up you can activate Call Waiting on extension calls as well.

Are the lines set to ring to a ICD Group or just the one extension??

in this site DISA enable and other Ext not ans after 5 ring it go to reception
in this time call waiting is working with Lamp intication they want sound intication ( second call ring )
there is no ICD group
