Panasonic TDA 100 Programming

We recently installed a Panasonic TDA 100 pbx in office.
I want to know how to program the extensions and incoming CO Lines.I have following questions,
i. We want some specific extensions to ring only when outside caller calls and other extension can only be notified with the blinking light on their phone but no ring.
ii.How do we forward calls from one extension to another extension in case of no answer?

Also,where can i find settings related to extensions and how can i assign/add or edit different policies/permissions to particular users in the pbx.
I have downloaded the maintenance console with programming manual but barely understands it.
I need further guidance in this regard and really appreciate your support.

Who is "we"? If you installed it, then you ought to have read the manual on how to program it. If some other "we" installed it, then they will know how to program it to work the way you want it. Since incoming ringing and ICD groups are the basics of programming, it's not difficult to do. As far as outward dialing, ARS or restrictions are a little bit more demanding.

Thanks for the replies.I downloaded the PT Programming manual for TDA 100, however its different from the Maintenance console.Can you tell me what is the appropriate manual to use with Maintenance console for tda100?
Also in maintenance console, where can i find settings related to incoming calls,extensions & call forwarding etc.I am not very familiar with the terms given in the maintenance console so please need assistance.
