Panasonic TA824 Vm transfer with Panasonic TVA50

I have Panasonic TA824 with Panasonic TVA50. It is intergrated via APT. I cannot get the voicemail transfer button to work. Have anyone had this problem before? If so please advise. Thanks much

Did you program a DSS button on phone using 94 + VM Ext.{Port}

are you keying the 3 digit ext or dss/blf

I am using the Panasonic Maintenance software program via usb to connect to the phone system. I've try programming a button as a dss button - voicemail transfer to extension number, which does not work. I've also attempted to program it as a speed dial which in my case is the first port of the voicemail extension - 150 plus #6, follow by the extension. When I try to transfer it does go to voicemail, but not the box itself. Thanks for all the help.

the only way is to program a button as posted above pgm button 94150 store

then when a call comes in you press the vtr button and either key in the persons ext or press a button that has been programed as dss button so in fact it takes 2 soft keys to do a voicemail transfer your way will not work
