Panasonic SBS416 - Only ext 10 rings!

Hi can someone help me please? I currently have an SBS 416 system installed. The problem is it will only ring on extension 10. This is the same for both line 1 and line 2 CO lines.

Does anyone out there know how I can get all extensions to ring on line 2, and also just extension 18 needs to ring on line 1.

I would appreciate any help.

Hi, Thanks for your reply,
I already have the manual but still cant seem to get all the phones to ring. I must be missing something?
I have never programmed a panasonic system before so any help would be appreciated.
(please note that the PABX is a SBS416 !)

its not a sbs its a DBS

It is a SBS 416 (small business system) it is not a DBS!

Thought id just say I have managed to sort the ringing problem out. I set all extensions to class type 1 and hey presto they all ring!

Thanks for the link for the manual. The one I had was a poor quality pdf file which assumed an in depth knowledge of panasonic systems to start with, of which I have none!
