panasonic phone kx-t2261x problem

Hello,
I have this old phone and it had a certain ring tone for a very long time (it always rang twice). Now,something happened and it changed the way it rings, it only rings once and in a very different sound, so it is hard to tell that the phone is ringing. How can I change the ring tone?

I've tried to find the manual (for free), but with no luck.

press program then type in 99 on key pad then press the intercom or C.O. button twice arrow up or down to change ring tone!!

I tried that, but it doesn't work. Where is intercom or C.O. button? If you see my image in my previous post, I assumed that it is orange button in the lower right corner, but thta isn't working. Any other idea?
