Panasonic NS5000 BGM Audio Upload Problem

I'm in trouble see if you can help me.
When sending the file to the correct standards the system does not complete the upload.
It gets caught in the middle of sending the file.
What could be causing this problem? help!

What browser are you using?

what format is the audio file should be 8k, 16bit wav file.

sometimes IE browser works the best

I am using the google chrome on mac. tried on windows too.

i cant upload the audio file.

The audio file is correct. 8000k x 16bit wav

Is there an error. Another problem is if the name is too long
Do you want to send it to me and I csn test it

Thanks guys!!! this is now working! i uploaded in IE Internet Explorer on windows computer and it uploaded the file correctly!

Yes, I spent almost an hour on this yesterday. Was using Firefox and it would stop at 50%. Called Panasonic and they said it was a problem with browser and to use IE which worked in 5 minutes. Typical lack of communication from Panasonic to the dealers. Some things never change.
