Panasonic NS500 Sip Trunk no Audio on both ways 1

I have ns500 configured with SIP trunk from service provide if i call the number it is getting through and even ringing but no audio sip ip is configured in a cisco router 881.
SIP port 5060 internal extensions port 5070.

Check firewall rules, RTP ports 16000-16511 (UDP) to the IP address of DSP.
Have you setup the Media relay on the system?
Panasonic recomeded if you use port 5060 for SIP trunk , then extesion ports needs to bee 15060 or 35060.
After each change the IP parameters PBX should be reset with System Reset command.
