I want to record two-way voice of the calls to extensions.

I found a post: but no detailed steps are provided there.

So far, I've created a user for myself, in 4 Extension -> 1 Wired Extension -> 1 Extension Settings, I selected my extension (102) and in the UM tab, enabled two-way recording.

When I select Users -> Auto two-way call recording, it says: No recording.

From the other thread, it seems I need to create a manager user. Where?

auto two way needs a licence, its a site licence and retails for £490

Thanks for the reply.

The interface should mention it someplace. I spoke to my dealer who was clueless on this. Do you have a part number / feature link so I can ask him for it?

Secondly, I configured a NAS connection to the PBX. Would the recordings be saved there or on the SD card? he dealer guy said SD and wanted to sell me a separate PC based recording solution.

I'm aiming to set up a 4-seat call center with call recording. Client requires that recordings be saved for a month. That much volume won't fit on an SD.

The call records will be saved to the users mailbox which isnt ideal for listening back, anyways heres the parts:

Auto 2 way record licence:KX-NSU002w

UM 40 hour SD strorage card rrp £230 - KX-NS5134
UM 200 hour SD strorage card rrp £805 - KX-NS5135
UM 400 hour SD strorage card rrp £1415 - KX-NS5136

These are NS700 part numbers

Worth noting that UM channel will be used to record, so may need to look at expanding.

I would go for sip trunks as these usually have good call record options (line side)

If you want a proper call record with user details etc then CyTrack or the like is the best
