I have a client with the NCP500, with incoming calls going to Auto Attendant. They are going to use a 3rd party CTI app on the back of this. However the calling in ID (CLIP) is not being passed through the AA and therefore not getting to the end user to enable screen pop cti. The local reseller thinks this is not a function of the system to allow full telephone number CLI to extension level. Any comments hints or tips on a work round are very much appreciated.
