good afternoon
I have a client with the NCP500, with incoming calls going to Auto Attendant. They are going to use a 3rd party CTI app on the back of this. However the calling in ID (CLIP) is not being passed through the AA and therefore not getting to the end user to enable screen pop cti. The local reseller thinks this is not a function of the system to allow full telephone number CLI to extension level. Any comments hints or tips on a work round are very much appreciated.

Is it coming through if calls are pointed to a extension directly is it analogue lines?

If yes then increase the wait for cli timer

Calls coming in on a PRI to the AA, no ddi to check direct cli to extensions at present.

Try setting call transfer sequence to fxd on vm unit. Does the unit say you have a call. If so this will get rid or that and the call should act as direct in call
