Panasonic KXTVS95

My customer has a KXTA624 phone system with a KXTVS95 voice messaging system. They had an employee who serviced both systems and changed the password without sharing it with anyone. The employee left the company on bad terms. They had made many attempts to get into the system and managed to lock out the system adminstrator.

They now have the password. Is it possible to get into system programming now, even after the system administrator has been locked out, or do I have to reset the voice messaging and start all over. Any help would be appreciated.

if you cant get into programing you can put a modem
on the tvs and beg tech support to dial in or
dump it and statrt over!!

NO JUST TURN OFF THE VOICE MAIL WAIT 2 MIN AND TURN IT BACK ON AND YOU'LL BE ABLE TO GET BACK IN NOW THAT YOU HAVE THE PASSWORD

Why waste your time just default TVS-95 & reconfig voicemail lot easier.

Thank you all for your input. Actually, I did exactly what BTBZ suggested and reconfigured the voice mail.
