Hi all

Is there a simple way to forward a ddi number straight out to another external number?
I can only see a way via a phone?
In other words just want the switch to send the incoming call straight out without going to a telephone extension?

You can try to put as DDI an ICD group which will reroute as overflow the call. I will check tomorrow if possible.

Make a dunny portable station and fwd it to mobile number, then put ddi to that dummy extension
you will have to allow fwd to co in cos
