Hi guys,
I've been charged with making changes to an old Kx-TES824 panasonic phone system with 3 COs and 8 jacks.
There is a reception with 2 people, they answer all incoming calls. But occasionally they are both on calls and the 3rd CO line rings in.
I am going to put them on the same pickup ring but I would like to divert the 3rd line if it rings and the other 2 lines are busy to a manager so she can help when the reception is busy.
Is there any way to do this on the TES824?
Any help or advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks,
Niall

Bit of a nitemare on these systems would suggest a delay ring, you will need to DIL the incoming lines

You can delay ring on incoming calls without DIL
